Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out below.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

No Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

  • that are not prefabricated and

  • for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

  • which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
    in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

All products offered by HOUSE OF AKIR are made to order and handcrafted individually after the order has been placed.
Therefore, withdrawal and returns are excluded, provided the statutory requirements are met.

Exceptions

If a product is delivered defective or damaged, statutory warranty rights apply.
