Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Germany and all countries within the European Union.
Shipping to countries outside the EU is available upon request. Please contact us at contact(at)houseofakir.com before placing your order to discuss availability, shipping costs, and delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary shipping on all orders over €400
For orders below €400, shipping costs are calculated based on a standard parcel size comparable to a DHL Paket L within Germany or the EU and will be displayed at checkout.
Express shipping is available upon request and for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping Providers

All orders are shipped via trusted and insured shipping providers, including but not limited to DHL, Hermes, UPS, or equivalent carriers.
The selected carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, and service availability.

Delivery Times

All products are made to order.

Production and delivery times begin after payment has been received.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a personal confirmation email with the estimated delivery timeframe for your specific item.
Typical production times may range between 2–4 weeks, depending on the product and order volume.

Please note that stated delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to handcrafted production processes or external factors beyond our control.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments are sent fully insured.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Risk of Loss

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to production complexity, supply issues, or shipping-related circumstances. We will inform you promptly should any significant delays arise.
